As we celebrate 10 years and 1 year in business, respectively, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our clients/patients and dedicated staff. Your trust and support have made a significant impact on our journey.
Our mission is to save you time, money, and energy by providing comprehensive mental and physical health services under one roof. ZoeStyle Medicine focused on evidence-based methods to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic conditions like cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and PCOS through lifestyle medicine. However, in listening to our patients, we recognized a gap in primary care services.
That’s why we’re excited to reintroduce ZoeStyle Medicine as Zoe Primary Care beginning in August 2024. In addition to the specialized weight care and lifestyle medicine services we already provide, Zoe Primary Care will offer traditional primary care services for all ages (infants to the elderly) from providers who are certified in lifestyle medicine.
Our counseling and psychiatric medication management services will continue as Zoe Therapy Services, however, to clarify our overarching identity, the two branches together will be known as ZoeRVA Health.

- Zoe Therapy Services = Counseling + Psychiatric Medication Management
- Zoe Primary Care = Primary Care Services + Weight Care + Lifestyle Medicine
