Insurance Verification & Claim Submissions

As a courtesy to our patients, we will check insurance coverage and bill insurance companies. However, this does not guarantee payment and patients are responsible for payment of any copays/coinsurance, deductibles, and non-covered services as determined by their insurance plan. Payment will be expected if an insurance company denies any part of a claim or if patients elect to continue treatment past their allowed/approved visits. Please contact your insurance company directly to confirm that our services are covered.

Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments

Canceling or rescheduling an appointment without notification at least one business day prior, or if not showing up for an appointment, will result in a $100 fee (depending on insurance allowances).

Payments

Payments are accepted by credit card, check, or cash. We also accept CareCredit.
