As a result of transitioning electronic health record (EHR) platforms to AdvancedMD, the Valant/MYIO portal will no longer be monitored after 8/4/24 and will be closed in February 2025. Please register for a new patient portal here to continue sending our office secure messages.

 

You will also be able to access updated consent forms, including our updated Notice of Privacy Practices, through the new patient portal that must be signed before your next visit. If you are unable to complete these forms online, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your next appointment.

 

In addition, Zoom will replace Doxy for telehealth visits after 8/4/24. Please prepare in advance by downloading and installing the Zoom app onto your device for the best experience. Appointment reminders containing the specific Zoom link for your telehealth visit will be sent to you via email and/or text message.

 

Note: Outstanding bills for visits before 8/4/24 may still be paid in the legacy Valant/MYIO patient portal.
