Stef Froelich LCSW
Stef believes that everyone has a unique story and deserves to feel completely seen and understood. She has years of experience supporting individuals and families in both inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, including facilitating group therapy in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP). She is passionate about creating a safe and affirming space for all clients and emphasizes the importance of showing up as you are.
Stef takes a deeply individualized, collaborative approach and views each person as the expert on their own lived experience. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. She enjoys supporting clients in identity exploration, particularly in examining core beliefs and automatic negative thoughts. She sees gentle challenging and reframing of unhelpful thought patterns as key to building a life worth living. Stef is deeply committed to helping individuals reconnect with their sense of worth and develop a strong, sustainable sense of self to support long-term healing and growth.
