Erin Sengel is a board-certified nurse practitioner and board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine. Lifestyle Medicine utilizes six pillars of health – including nutrition, physical activity, and sleep medicine – to implement evidence-based lifestyle interventions as the first line of defense to prevent, treat, and reverse disease and promote wellness. Additionally, she is a trained pelvic core therapist, certified personal trainer, and group fitness instructor. Her passions are all things health, wellness, and fitness. In her free time, she enjoys hanging with her family, working out, and anything comedy related.
