Rachel Lim LCSW
Lim is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for empowering individuals from all walks of life. She has a particular interest in supporting adolescents and young adults in navigating challenges around coming of age. Her personal experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by diverse communities. Lim believes in a collaborative, client-centered approach. With experience supporting individuals ages 5 to 70+, Lim addresses a range of challenges including, but not limited to mood and anxiety disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, school-related concerns, relationship difficulties, substance use, disordered eating, life transitions, trauma, minority stress, ADHD, and ASD. Lim also has experience working with couples, families, and groups. She uses an eclectic approach, informed primarily by Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, creative expression, and talk therapy techniques.
