Natalie Stansfield LPC

Natalie Stansfield, LPC, works with adults in need of mental health and substance use services. She has experience working in community mental health and private practice settings. In 2018, she received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Virginia Commonwealth University, and in 2020, she received her Master’s in Counselor Education from Virginia Tech. She is experienced in working with depression, anxiety, addiction, life transitions, individuals facing systemic barriers to mental health, and providing trauma informed counseling services. Natalie believes in utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and Expressive and Experiential arts techniques all the while meeting the clients where they are at. She is passionate about offering culturally diverse care, women’s issues, and is LGBTQIA+ affirming. Natalie is committed to fostering a safe space for clients to explore all aspects of their lives.
