Kristen Shelton is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant, with experience in both primary care and trauma/critical care. She is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care by diagnosing, treating, educating, and empowering individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being.

Kristen holds a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a Doctorate in Medical Science, both from Shenandoah University. Her expertise spans preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and acute care, with a strong emphasis on empowering patients through education and collaboration.

Beyond her medical career, Kristen enjoys reading, exercising, cooking, baking, exploring new places and experiences, and taking dance classes. She values spending quality time with loved ones and is always eager to embrace opportunities for personal and professional growth.
