Diane Burton MSN, FNP-BC

Diane Burton, MSN, FNP-BC graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She then attained a dual Master of Science in Nursing in Public Health Leadership and Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Virginia. She has 16 years of experience as an RN, primarily in Labor and Delivery and Neonatal ICU. She began her FNP career in Neurology and has been in Primary Care since.

Diane believes in incorporating a holistic approach when caring for patients. Her role as a provider is to help patients achieve their health goals the way they want. Diane partners with patients to individualize their care based on the personal, mental, and physiologic needs/wants of the patient. She strives to be proactive in her approach to patient care by emphasizing the importance of preventing disease.

In her spare time, Diane enjoys spending time with her significant other, 4 children, and 4 grandchildren. She enjoys time at the beach, attending concerts, and photography.
