As a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP), you’ll play a meaningful role in dramatically changing lives by leveraging our comprehensive wellness program. Our team applies a diverse set of disciplines intended to address the needs of the whole person: psychological and physical.

What We Will Accomplish Together

Providing individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and or adults using evidence-based interventions
Creating thorough diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and comprehensive discharge plans for a diverse range of clients experiencing psychological challenges
Engaging in care coordination and collaboration with other professionals

What We’re Looking For

Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) in Virginia. Candidates who are licensed in a Counseling Compact state are encouraged to apply.
Ethical and professional
Excellent documentation skills including the ability to use Electronic Health Record systems
Willingness to engage with Zoe’s team of practitioners and staff fostering connection and collaboration
Willingness to coordinate care with other Zoe practitioners
